iRB Labelとは
iRB Labelは、音楽制作集団Rant & Co.を中核とし、「世代を越えて心に響く音楽」をテーマに、才能あるアーティストの発掘・育成・発展に取り組む音楽レーベルです。ジャンルや世代の枠にとらわれず、世界中のリスナーに向けて革新的な音楽を届け続けています。

Rant & Co.とは
変化し続ける時代の中で、常に新しい音楽の可能性を探求するエージェント＆プロダクト集団、それがRant & Co.です。「Rant」とは「叫ぶ」という意味を持ち、同時に「Rave（熱狂）」とも通じる言葉。新しいスタイルを叫び、問いかける――そんなポジティブな意志のもとに活動を展開しています。なお、「Runt」はトッド・ラングレンのデビュー作のタイトルでもあり、音楽における革新性を象徴しています。

沿革
2005年、Real Blue Labelはユニバーサル ミュージックとの提携により設立され、優れた音楽家たちと契約し、ジャンルを超えた多くの作品を世に送り出してきました。
2011年には、音楽の配信時代に対応する形で新たに「iRB Label」を設立し、活動の舞台をグローバルに拡大。さらに、サブスクリプションを軸とする音楽環境の進化に応じて、Real Blue Labelをはじめとする関連レーベルをiRB Labelに統合。現在では、世代や国境を超えて多様な音楽を発信するレーベルとして、着実に成長を続けています。

About Rant & Co.
Rant & Co. is an agent and production collective that thrives on the ever-changing landscape of music and culture. Just as the ocean floor is in constant motion, Rant & Co. adapts to the tides of the times by exploring new musical expressions. The word “Rant” implies “to shout”—a declaration of new styles and bold ideas. It’s also a nod to “Rave,” symbolizing energy and innovation. Incidentally, “Runt” was the title of Todd Rundgren’s debut album, representing a spirit of musical originality.

History
In 2005, Real Blue Label was founded in partnership with Universal Music, signing exceptional artists and producing a wide range of genre-defying works.
In 2011, responding to the rise of digital distribution, iRB Label was launched to expand our global reach. As the music industry shifted further toward streaming and subscriptions, Real Blue Label and its sub-labels were unified under iRB Label. Today, the label continues to grow as a creative force, connecting with audiences of all ages around the world.
